Shipping

In stock orders ship within 2-3 days. Made to order items will take approximately 2-3 weeks. 

Handbags, accessories and giclees are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Paintings are shipped via UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

International buyers please email us with questions or to get an estimate. 

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us as we are happy to accommodate an exchange!  

Exchanges are accepted within 10 days after you receive your order. We only accept unused products in original condition and maintain the right to refuse any item that shows wear. 

Return shipping charges are covered by the customer. We recommend you insure or use a tracking number as we are not responsible for missing packages.  We ask that you please use the original packaging if possible.  

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged. 

Handcrafted

All items are hand made and unique and therefore will have slight variations. All leather and fabric are hand cut and hand printed. They are individually assembled and stitched on an industrial sewing machine with great care for detail and beauty. 

Please be aware that leather is a natural material and therefore some discoloration, scratches, and change in texture may be visible. These small inconsistencies in your leather should not be considered a defect but rather add to the patina of your bag.
